I'm tired of the dull, monotonous cycle. This 2011, I need to have goals; not flimsy resolutions, but goals - that I will write about from time to time because I believe that by putting it out there (internet land), I'll most likely succeed.
Do you know that it only takes 3500 calories to form one pound of fat. Well, most shakes can carry 800 calories in them and sodas can have up to 200 - although you don't really always "count" those since you just drink them, right? ~Right? Or is that just me? Maybe that's how I lost my abdominal cuts huhucry.~ If you haven't figured out by now, I'm head over heels with flavored iced tea(s) and iced coffee(s). I remember even binging on FIVE cold frapps on that one extra stressful Saturday night. Eep!
That's why for my first goal, I plan to completely abolish non-aqueous substances. Hah! It's gonna be hard but I think I could actually do it. I've actually managed to stay away from carbonated drinks for two months now, it has been weeks since my last caffeine shot and the last raspberry iced tea I had was from around a week and a half[?] ago when Mary and I had lunch at Cosi.
